Why Unlock exists
We started Unlock because we kept seeing the same pattern: companies spending six figures on technology "strategy" and ending up with a slide deck and no working software.
We come from the other side. Before Unlock, we built products, ran sales teams, and deployed systems that had to work on Monday morning. That's the only kind of technology work we know how to do.
Today we run two practices — B2B sales infrastructure and AI automation — because those are two areas where the gap between what companies need and what the market offers is widest. Every project we take on ships working software. Every engagement is led by a founder. Every result is measured.
We're deliberately small. No juniors learning on your budget. No layers between you and the person making decisions. If you work with us, you work with us — not with an "account manager" you'll never see again.
Principles, not platitudes
Ship every week
Every engagement has weekly deliverables — working software, deployed changes, or validated results. Not status updates, not "we're iterating." If a week passes without visible progress, something is wrong and we fix it.
Measure everything
We don't ask you to trust us. We set up the metrics on day one so you can see the results yourself. Open rates, automation throughput, pipeline velocity, response times. No ambiguity, no storytelling.
Say no often
We turn down projects that don't fit. If an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem better than custom software, we'll tell you. Our reputation depends on results, not on billing hours. We'd rather lose a project than ship something we don't believe in.
